In click I learned some interesting facts. There are three main early adopter. The first one is the bohemian mix. They are people who are more likely to live in urban areas and cities like San Francisco. One fact I learned was how YouTube.com was using common names to file for one video. For example there could be one video but when you search for it, it can be described as several different things, get the point? The only reason they were doing this was to get more money and higher viewing rates. This site mostly targeted the young generation; most of them were from ages 18-24.The Young Digerati are the most fluent and most tech savvy; they are highly educated and ethnically mixed. These are more likely to prefer brands like banana republic and J.Crew. The third adopter is Money and Brains, they hold high degrees and are more likely to work in the medical and legal fields. With these three fields you get a social network that connects together. It lets people know what you’re doing, what you like, and how you express yourself. It’s really interesting once you see that our society connects all together.

E-waste

E-waste is a sad thing to think about. What we are doing to other countries is a sad tragic story. We pay them very little to take in our waste that we don’t want. And what do they get from it you ask?! Absolutely nothing but toxins in their air. No poor kid should walk outside and see a bunch of cords and wires lying on the floor just because we’re too lazy to recycle our own waste. Instead of us recycling our own waste, we got fooled into believing that the other country would recycle it for us, but instead families engaged in dangerous practices. It’s not their fault that their government agrees to take that waste. Later on they’re going to suffer because the landfills that they dispose the chemicals of toxics will effect not just their breathing but ours too.

Google

What Google is doing is a good idea. You ask why? Because now these days almost everyone has a computer or some type of technology. This allows people to access books at any time at any place. You don’t have to drive far to get a book, now you can just pull out a laptop or phone to read the book. I think it would allow more people to read more books frequently. Reading it off the laptop is easier then carrying a thick book. Google has made it easier for people to access all kinds of books. Therefore, it’s a great idea.

Enquire Within upon Everything

“Enquire within upon everything “is about a man telling his side of the story on how the web was invented. The story was told in many various ways, but he wanted to make sure we knew exactly how it came to be upon. When he was young he realized that he wanted to make something everyone could use. He wanted a computer that could store and a link that could connect with other people. To do this he had worked with some professors and used others research. Once the internet and hypertext came all he had to do was put it all together.

Winter Break

Hey, guys (and girls)
just wanted to share what I did over the winter break.
umm...well I worked most of the time...which was Blaaahh!
BUT i got a good paycheck :)
I also went to the Trail of Lights with the boyfriend but,we went backwards haha!
I went to the tree first (ops!)
I got to spent time with the Boyfriend (awww!) :)
Christmas was good, I got what I wanted
I got a Itouch, Princess Vera perfume, Coach shoes, Gift cards, a Snuggie, & more.
New Years was sooooo BORING!
Time went by Fast...
& now we're back at school...it's so sad :'(
But I'm ready for a new year.
Hopefully this year will be fun.
